Solana ETFs Register Four Consecutive Days of Inflows
Spot Solana exchange-traded funds (ETFs) continued to attract capital for the fourth straight day, as investors rotate funds from Bitcoin and Ether ETFs. According to SoSoValue, Solana ETFs added $44.48 million in inflows on Friday, bringing their cumulative total to $199.2 million since launch. The total assets held by these products now exceed $502 million.
Bitwise Solana ETF Leads Inflows
The Bitwise Solana ETF (BSOL) played a significant role, recording a 4.99% daily increase and accounting for most of the new inflows. Other Solana-focused products also contributed to the trend, as investor appetite for alternative digital assets grows.
Bitcoin and Ether ETFs Register Outflows
In contrast, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net outflows of $191.6 million on Friday. This marks a continuation of the week-long profit-taking trend, following $488.43 million in outflows on Thursday and $470.71 million on Wednesday. Spot Ether ETFs also experienced net outflows, losing $98.2 million on Friday and reducing their cumulative inflows to $14.37 billion. Ether products shed another $184.3 million and $81.4 million over the previous two days, respectively.
Capital Rotation Fuels Solana Momentum
The shift toward Solana ETFs is viewed by analysts as a sign of ongoing capital rotation. Vincent Liu, chief investment officer at Kronos Research, explained the trend reflects investor interest in new narratives and staking-driven yield opportunities. Liu noted that Solana ETFs are attracting value due to their fresh catalysts and potential staking yields, while Bitcoin and Ether products experience profit-taking after recent gains.
Outlook for Solana and Emerging ETFs
Market observers expect Solanas positive momentum to continue as Bitcoin and Ether consolidate. New crypto ETF products are also launching this week. Bitwises Solana Staking ETF (BSOL) has gained assets quickly and offers an estimated 7% staking yield. Additional funds, including Canarys Litecoin and Hedera ETFs, are expected to debut, along with a possible conversion of Grayscales Solana Trust into an ETF.
Meanwhile, Hong Kong markets also introduced new crypto ETF products last week, widening investor options in the sector.
