REX and Tuttle Capital Introduce GLXU ETF
REX Shares and Tuttle Capital Management have launched the T-REX 2X Long Galaxy Digital Daily Target ETF (GLXU), a 2x leveraged ETF tied to Galaxy Digitals stock performance. The product expands REX's "T-REX" series, which includes leveraged funds for companies such as Nvidia, Apple, and Bitcoin-focused firms.
GLXU ETF Offers Amplified Exposure
GLXU is designed to give traders an option for magnified daily returns based on Galaxy Digitals share movements. The ETF carries a 1.5% annual expense ratio and is intended for short-term use due to the risk of value decay over time with leveraged products.
Scott Acheychek, REXs COO, stated that GLXU allows traders to take amplified positions on companies central to digital asset innovation. The fund can be used to make short-term bets, but holding leveraged ETFs for longer than one day may expose investors to compounding risks and potential losses.
Galaxy Digitals Market Presence
Galaxy Digital, led by CEO Mike Novogratz, operates in digital asset trading, market making, and arranges large cryptocurrency transactions for institutional clients. The firm is listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq. Recently, Galaxy executed the largest ever notional sale of bitcoin for a Satoshi-era investor.
Recent Financial Performance
This week, Galaxy Digitals stock showed minimal movement, closing nearly flat. The company reported a 43% drop in total assets to $6.3 billion for Q2 2025 but recorded a net income of $30.7 million after reporting losses in earlier periods. The stock opened down on Friday, falling close to 5% to $27.60.
